RYA Day Skipper and Competent Crew Training – Bella of London **

Due to popular demand, we have opened up another date for our 5 day RYA Day Skipper and Competent Crew Training split over 2 dates in September 2019. The training will be on Bella of London, a beautiful 50' Italian inspired Grand Soleil luxury yacht,berthed at Royal Clarence Marina Gosport

The cost is £350 but for CSC members, there is a discount of £50 so the total cost is £300, please enter the voucher code ‘CI Discount 2019’ at the payment stage to claim the discount. The cost includes full training, breakfast and lunch every day on Bella of London.

Requirements - Day Skipper Training - Prior to attending the course you must have the following experience: 5 days, 100 miles and 4 night-time hours on yacht that is sailing. - Course content covered – navigation, yacht handling under power/sail, passage making, cruising at night, emergency situations, victualling, repair and maintenance work, meteorology, deck work etc

Requirements - Competent Crew Training - No prior knowledge or experience is expected. - Course content covered –Introduction to the boat and sea terms, ropework, personal safety equipment, emergency equipment, meterology, rules of the road, dinghies, man overboard, sailing handling etc
