I am sure you've guessed it - A weekend trip across the Solent to the renowned "Folly Inn" up the medina river on the IOW.  Let your hair down and reach for the ceiling at one of their excellent Saturday evenings.  You know it makes sense!!!

An easy and relaxed (if headachy) start to the trip back home on the Sunday making sure you don't go aground on the way back down the river.
