Sat 27th HW10:45 (BST) 4.0   Sun 28th HW 11:33 (BST) 4.2

Its normally so easy when there are four crew on a yacht.  Not too busy, time to relax?  Not on this one, the two of you will have to work and pump iron to get around this course, but at the end of it consider the enormous satisfaction and that will make it all worth while.
